E’ disponibile da ieri, per il momento sul mercato Asiatico, la nuova scheda video ASUS GeForce GTX 680 nella versione da 4 GB, nome in codice GTX680-DC2G-4GD5. La scheda, che ovviamente presenta un design non-reference, è raffreddata dal sistema di raffreddamento a doppia ventola ASUS DirectCU II che sfrutta un heatsink ottimizzato e un sistema di heatpipes in rame nichelato ad alte prestazioni.
Ricordiamo che la GeForce GTX 680 prevede una GPU equipaggiata con 1536 Cuda Core (impostata di Default a 1056 MHz) e un bus di memoria a 256 bit; oltre questo torviamo ovviamente il supporto DX 11 e alle tecnologie proprietarie Nvidia 3D Vision, SLI, PhysX. Ecco le specifiche in dettaglio:
